inactivated this subjects record and placed her on our 'do not contact' list at her request and feel that the customer felt resolution was adequate to her request.   We are looking into her concerns of her interactiosn with our call center representatives and will be providing additional training to the responsible staff to ensure better customer service experiences in the future for all customers.  Andrea S[redacted]Director, Phoenix Clinical Site, Celerion Inc.
