Provided proper day notice to cancel accounts but so far they continue to invoice for services that are not provided
On July 25, I sent letter to Interface to cancel accounts due to them not provided service and monitoring I sent payment in full for one account and asked that they credit the account that had no monitoring service for several months Corporate retention called me asking to keep the accounts active and they would repair and service the one unit, bi=ut offered no solution to the system that was not monitored due to failure to upgrade system I advised I just wanted to cancel the accounts, but so far I am still getting invoiced for systems that are not being serviced or monitored I resubmitted request to final the accounts but am still getting invoices
