complaint is factual and is heavily skewed. The complaint makes it seem as though she is speaking on behalf of a majority of our client's experiences. In fact, the few clients who've had negative experiences with our business were brought to us by our former partner and mainly worked with her while she was the sole housing manager. It's worth noting that all but two of our clients since she left, 2 out of 25, have been unhappy and those two were mainly affected by her separation from ICA. All other clients have been very satisfied with our services and know us to be respectful and professional and even refer others to us. Our former partner is no longer with ICA due to a high level of unprofessionalism, which is demonstrated in her complaint where it mentions that she manipulated us to be convinced to push her out of the partnership. This is not factual, the three partners came to a mutual agreement that it was no longer beneficial or productive for her to remain a part of InterConnect Avenue Travel Consulting.
