Intercoastal Concrete & waterproofing did install this unit , and the homeowner did contact me, saying she was not sure if it was doing its job, I went back and found the unit was working fine, it was a nice day, the humidity was at 35% which is great, I am wondering if she was not running an air conditioner on humid days as that is what we ask homeowners to do, or if she has come across a bigger issue with her foundation where she told a rep from [redacted] ***, that she had water under a sofa.Inter coastal concrete does not do a day refund and never offered her one, only a year replacement warranty thru [redacted] , and I only got email from ***, and responed right away, by phoneAnd as I said when I went back all was good , Our unit is a whole house ventilation system, exchanging the air to times a day expelling oders, toxins and maintain humidity levelThe [redacted] will continue to ventilate her home and take out the toxins etc even with the [redacted] which is a commerical dehumidifier, They will work wonderfully together, [redacted]
