Interceuticals does not have a money-back guarantee on either of its products, BetterMAN or BetterWOMAN. We do have a refund policy for unopened bottles. This is explained to each caller who places and order with us. All of our calls are recorded and after listening to
this customer's call, it was clear that our return policy was not correctly explained to the customer. If the customer would like to contact us ***, we would like to discuss this situation with him. We have reached out to the customer and left a voicemail asking him to contact us

It is not the business practice of Interceuticals to sell or give away ANY customer information. When the complainant ended her business with Interceuticals on the call in which she placed her order for our product, the call center we utilizes then makes offers for other products from other
companies. Orders with Interceuticals are not in any way contingent upon whether or not the customer accepts or declines these offers. Interceuticals is not affiliated with these Savings clubs and cannot act in any way in their regards, the customer must deal with them directly. Any charges for these companies are billed separately from Interceuticals. All of our calls are recorded and upon reviewing the call, the complainant DID agree to the Savings Clubs and was required to reaffirm her billing address and credit card number, which she did
