The freight was delivered on 8/**. Four business days after it was originally promised. We did not ask for a call or appointment. We called them 8/**,*** & ** looking for the delivery. Each time we were told: it was out for delivery, the truck is at another stop but we are next or the truck was stuck. The dispatcher lied every time.

Review: YRC Freight gave my inbound shipment to Intercept to deliver. This is supposed to be a 1 or 2 day process. Intercept has had my freight for a week. I have called YRC and Intercept many times trying to find out the status. Intercept says they will deliver by a certain time but they don't. Every time I call they say they will deliver, the truck has it and is nearby. I have waited until late at night because they told me the truck was on its way. Intercept's phones go to an answering machine at 5pm. This delay is costing me in productivity and customer service.Desired Settlement: Deliver my freight.

Review: I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 DAYS AS TO WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE MY PACKAGE BY 4:30PM EST AT 5:00PM., THERE WAS NO DELIVERY! CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND ASKED WHY I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND WAS TOLD THAT "IT WAS DAMAGED" COMPANY PROTOCOL IS TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE REGARDLESS AND HAVE ME SIGN IT SAYING I REFUSED IT BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO ARE LYING ABOUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. THE PACKAGE CAME FROM ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY, YRC, AND WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WHEN IT ARRIVED AT INTERCEPT LOGISTICS FOR DELIVERY, IT WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BECAUSE THEY WOULD REFUSE TO SHIP IT IF IT WAS DAMAGED. THEREFORE, INTERCEPT LOGISTICS DAMAGED MY MERCHANDISE AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 DAYS, 2 OF THOSE THAT I TOOK OFF FROM WORK TO GET IT BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET IT! ALSO, I CALLED AT 5PM AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN THEIR BUSINESS HOURS CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 5:30 PM EST THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS A STEP FURTHER IF THATS WHAT IT TAKESDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO SEND ME A HAND WRITTEN LETTER APOLOGIZING FOR THE MIX UP AND FOR THE MANANGER TO CALL AND APOLOGIZE FOR HIS/HER EMPLOYEES GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND FOR BEING EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME
