The company reportedly did not go into arbitration with my credit card company(says my credit card company) due to me not securing a 3rd party professional opinionFinding A third party professional opinion(a company in the business of selling leads) to agree the leads were poor was impossible to findThey may have agreed but did not want to go "on the record" saying so
