This company does not know their hand from a hole in the groundI have an ongoing issue with them as my account shows my daughter's pic and another kids name! when I tried to get this resolved, this is the response I got; Thank you for your inquiryI apologize that the website is showing the
wrong name for your childI can assure you that your
child’s name is listed correctly in our photo databaseUnfortunately, at this time the name on the website can not be updated or changed due to system issues.Be assured if photo’s are ordered they will list your child’s correct nameI apologize for
any inconvenience-- they can't even fix their own website???? Now their was another picture day, for which I ordered online, and they charged my card for, but they didn't even take my daughter's picture at school! This is the worst company for pictures a school or any company could use
