The customer first contacted us on June 28th by email in regards to her order and her dissatisfaction with her son's individual image as well as the group picture.Email correspondence research shows that it was communicated to the customer on June 28th that Photoshop could be done to the individual
image and a new package sentAt that same time there was a suggestion about sending a $refund due to the outcome of the group picture; however, we did not hear back from the customer until July 6th. At that time the customer and our email agent started discussing the event/trader cards The last communication with this customer was July 18th when we explained what was going to be printed and asked "Since you were unhappy with the group picture was there something else that I could get for youPlease advise on how you would like to proceed." To which the customer never replied. Unfortunately, the ticket was closed and the package was not remade.After receiving notice that the customer filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of Greater Kansas City, our Customer Service Department made contact with the customer by phone and re-ordered the pictures from the Photoshopped image. The pictures are being sent to the customer's home address via FedEx, which should arrive in 7-business days. The customer seemed pleased to know that she is going to get new pictures and feels that her concerns have been addressed We believe this matter to be resolved
