I ordered a simple LED light attachment for a baton on 7/which I was told was in stock the cost was about $the day shipping was $days later I called to inquire as to where my order was since they took the funds instantly.The story I was told was the item was "Back ordered" so I canceled my order days later I still have not heard a word from this "Company" nor will they ansewer their phones,Email's or return my calls or moneyI seriously doubt this company even exists since they don't state the "company" name on the telephone ansewering out going messageDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.I have checked their website and they still offer the "Back ordered" item shipped UPS Ground .I could of driven there and back 2x by this time.Maybe their mission statement is screw people for just a few bucks and they will write it off rather then persue it WRONG!!
It has been month since I purchased a few self defense dvds from this placeI still have no product and my money has been pulled from my accountI have made multiple attempts via email and phone trying to get an answerThey gladly took $from my account yet I have never received my items or even a return correspondence explaining the situation
