[redacted] MrPollock, We are responding to the above referenced complaint by [redacted] First & Foremost: let it be known that [redacted] is NOT the manager of Inter-Mountain Storage or of [redacted] as stated on her dispute form [redacted] is an employee of Inter-Mountain Storage [redacted] and [redacted] are the owners of that business [redacted] is independent from Inter-Mountain StorageHis business name is [redacted] At the time [redacted] rented a storage unit from Inter-Mountain Storage, [redacted] was in the office and took her call [redacted] asked for a recommendation for a mover and [redacted] gave her [redacted] ’s phone number Whomever had answered the phone would have given her the same referral These two businesses are in no way related, as she claimsApparently [redacted] got other bidsShe chose [redacted] [redacted] seems to think we can help her bring resolution to her grievances when, in fact, our only part in this was having given her [redacted] ’s name and numberThank you for your time and attention to this matterFeel free to contact us if further information is neededSincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

His business name is [redacted]. At the time [redacted] rented a storage unit from Inter-Mountain Storage, [redacted] was in the office and took her call. She chose [redacted].
