However, IAG agreed to refund 50% ($99.00) of the IAG fee due to [redacted]'s unforeseen circumstances. This refund has already been processed; [redacted] must contact his bank directly to resolve this issue. Review: Was intitally promised that they could send my passport to me in Canada in the time frame I needed. I asked them repeatedly that they could do this. They reassured me in this. I then sent my credit card info. I looked into the FedEx info and they could not do this. I called them and they never got back to me to me after they called FedEx. I left several messages for them to call me back. They never did. Eventually filled a complaint with my credit card company for a full refund given the fraudulent promises of services that they could not deliver. Still awaiting resolution.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund as they lied to me and showed no interest in rectifying this and never called me back despite repeated calls from me.
