Regards, [redacted] Thank you to the BBB of San Diego, but after you guys notified Intellux company, this girl Sandra called me Oct 25th, 11:33 am and she left a voicemail asking me for my credit card information to refund my money. And later I called her back but other customer service responded to me and they said they didnt know that person and once again they got me lost after I explained them that BBB notified about my complaint ; despite this person told me the supervisor would call me back later.Today I called them back again to try in a nice way to reach out this Sandra , but unfortunately they didn't know about my case asking me over and over again about my account or what was the issue.So I just told them this is not working and I will be in contact with BBB to fix this issue. I hope BBB can help me about this.Thanks for your time
