In response to the letter that was sent by Mitchell Auto sale the vehicle I purchased had a day warrantyPer Kenny M***, owner agreed to honor a day power train warranty to the dodge dorangoThe agreement was $down and $monthly for monthsThis warranty was honored when the truck displayed the first problem, was a manifult in the exhaust was replacedThe truck is currently in the shop which was chosen by Kenny M***All my documents are located in the glove department of the truckPlease give me time to collect all documentationI have called several times to make arrangements with the owner but he is either out of the office or will not answer my phone call. have to grace periodI began making phone calls and sending text messages to ***’s phone since she told me a couple of months ago she could only receive text messages on her phone I received a text message stating that she was in a hospital in North Carolina, the text “supposedly” was from her son on Friday, April 8th I never heard back from her so a few days later on Wednesday, April 18th I text her and told her the owner wanted to speak to her asap We seen her ride past the dealership that same day and it was her driving At this point we left her another message regarding her payment which was now days late and we were completely ignored We work with all of our customers understanding that things come up, however after not hearing back from the customer we had no choice but to repossess the vehicle.Sincerely,Antoinette C***Mitchells Auto Sales
