We have been working with Tim and his team at Integrity Restoration since Being an insurance agency, our clients rely on us and our insurance carriers when tragedy strikes Integrity Restoration is a valuable part of our team and is consistently there for our clients when they need help Going above and beyond is a daily practice for Integrity Tim [redacted] and his team have the unique ability to work with people who suffered a property loss by providing them with assurance that the job will be done correctly, and by working closely with their insurance adjuster to ease the claim process Their workmanship and communication throughout the process is excellent, making them our exclusive restoration provider of choice Integrity Restoration has gained the respect of the many insurance adjusters that they have worked with for the past yearsLawrence J [redacted] CIC, CRIS Vice President [redacted] ***
My husband and I engaged Integrity Restoration when we had a very large flood in our home from a problem with hardware on a toilet upstairs Despite the fact that we realized we had a problem within about minutes of the occurrence, the result was major damage to the tune of almost $30, I can't express adequately how happy we were that we used Integrity Restoration Tim and George and their teams were responsive and professional throughout the entire process One of the most helpful areas for us was the coordination they did with the insurance company In our case it was [redacted] *** The insurance carrier, without Integrity's help, would not have covered as much as they ended up covering It wasn't that they were trying to cheat us It was really more that Tim and George in particular have years of experience in knowing what is fair and reasonable and are able to communicate in ways that we could not have done The entire project ended up costing us about $1,after insurance coverage and that was primarily because of a few upgrades we made And their workers were superb! All work was completed with excellence and not a scrap of material was left for us to clean up We highly recommend Integrity Restoration

We had to file a claim to our insurance due to a fire and we entrusted Integrity Restoration to the repairs All repairs were done and completed on November 11/10/ They provided us with years warranty At this time, the VCT flooring is observed to be cracking only three years after the repair This maybe due to improper installation of the flooringIn addition, I called Drew on March 8, the project coordinator to follow up with one of the bathroom floorsHe went and took a look at it and said my tenant "abused" the bathroom due to "faulty workmanship" and a leak under the linoleum based on pictures he took around the bathroomI asked him to check underneath the linoleum and he he said it is not under warranty anymore because my tenant over used the bathroom On March 20, [redacted] ***, the owner reported they will not do anything for repairs because it's no longer a warrantyHe said it's a manufacturer warranty agreeing with Drew that the bathroom is "abused"

The people are very competent, and the pricing has been very straight forward and will not go over what the estimate says. The staff of Integrity Restoration has been very nice and honest and good to me. They have been great at coordinating everything with the insurance company and myself regarding the prices, and work to be done while keeping to the price range they were allotted. And the people that have come out to do the repairs have been competent and have done a good job.

he agreed. When we deposited the check he called upset and saying he didn't want us to do perform work at his residence, and would like his money reimbursed. We sent the first check and he stated he never received it and stated his mail isn't working and to send another. So I sent another, after 2 weeks of no sight of the check I had to cancel both checks and was not going to send anymore checks that he would have to come into the office to pick it up, which is what he did.
