We had to file a claim to our insurance due to a fire and we entrusted Integrity Restoration to the repairs All repairs were done and completed on November 11/10/ They provided us with years warranty At this time, the VCT flooring is observed to be cracking only three years after the repair This maybe due to improper installation of the flooringIn addition, I called Drew on March 8, the project coordinator to follow up with one of the bathroom floorsHe went and took a look at it and said my tenant "abused" the bathroom due to "faulty workmanship" and a leak under the linoleum based on pictures he took around the bathroomI asked him to check underneath the linoleum and he he said it is not under warranty anymore because my tenant over used the bathroom
On March 20, *** ***, the owner reported they will not do anything for repairs because it's no longer a warrantyHe said it's a manufacturer warranty agreeing with Drew that the bathroom is "abused"

“I do not have a smoke detector in my bedroom!!!!!!!”
This was originally an oversight by our electrician, and has now been installed.
“There are 2 power outlets in my kitchen that don't work!!!.”
This was a tripped GFI breaker. The electrician as already reset.
“The plumber installed my new refrigerator the beginning of July and was specifically told to run the water thru my reverse osmosis system in my garage and then into the icemaker. He told me he had done that. I hired a different plumber to come to look at my reverse osmosis system 090416 to make sure all was well. He told me last Sunday that the water going into my icemaker was directly form the street. No line was set up to go to the reverse osmosis before entering the refrigerator. Deceptive I would say.”
The clients reverse osmosis system is located in her garage (common wall to kitchen). The system sustained no damage in the fire, so the insurance approved estimate had no repairs associated with this system.
As requested, when the new refrigerator was installed, our plumber did hook up (reset) the existing water line from the reverse osmosis system to the new refrigerator to supply the icemaker and water filler. Shortly thereafter, the client sent the following:
Client text message 7/9/16 (Sat at 7:03 p.m.) “no water or ice come out of the refrigerator door.”
Project manager text message response 7/9/16 (Sat at 7:09 p.m.) “The reverse osmosis system does not supply enough pressure for the fridge to function properly. We need to put a splitter at the supply at the back of the fridge in order to make it work, the fridge will not run off the RO system.”
Note: Before the fire, the client’s reverse osmosis system (located in garage) supplied her refrigerator that had an icemaker only. However, the client now has selected and purchased (on her own), then had delivered to the home a new refrigerator which has both an ice maker, and now an in-door water filler as well. On 7/18/16 our plumbing subcontractor, inspected and confirmed that the water line that feeds the new refrigerator must be run directly from the angle stop located on the wall behind the refrigerator to the refrigerator because there was not sufficient water pressure to run it from the reverse osmosis system directly to the refrigerator. He stated that the client would need to service and upgrade her reverse osmosis system first, if she really wanted it to supply her refrigerator, as currently it won’t have enough pressure. Project Manager did explain that her new refrigerator does, however come equipped with it’s own water filter.
*We feel strongly that were never “deceptive.”
“A lock was installed in my bedroom bi-fold patio doors (for protection) that was meant for a stationary door. Both sides just slip out anytime.”
The client signed a change order to replace her original bi-fold louvered doors instead of detaching and resetting the original doors (which was approved in her insurance estimate).
After our carpenter installed the new bi-fold doors, he detached her small, flat hook latch from the original bi-fold patio doors and was installing it on the new ones. The client told him that she did not like the old latch and wanted him to change it. He showed her pictures on his phone of some replacement options that were in stock locally. She selected a slide latch, based off of those photos. The carpenter went to the local hardware store and purchased 2 latch options then brought them back to the house and showed the client. She selected one, and he then installed it.
The purpose of this latch is not for security, simply to keep the doors in closed position. However, these are bi-fold louvered doors and if pulled on, this latch will obviously fail, as the doors will still open.
*This slide latch was purchased and installed as a courtesy and was done at no charge.
“The flashing outside my bedroom patio door is peeling of!
The original patio cover was directly attached at this area of drip edge. Once the original patio cover was removed, this drip edge became visibly exposed and had a ripple effect from the original connection. The new patio cover (now with a solid roof structure) is installed just below with flashing tucked underneath this drip edge and integrated correctly with new fasteners.
“The patio cover was to be ordered months and months ago. The project manager {Project Manager} who was in charge of all these projects and aware many, many times just ignored or dismissed my conversations about all of these issues. Because of that he delayed ordering the patio cover and I moved back to my home 071516 and was told that the patio cover couldn't be installed until the end of September. I asked {Project Manager} 10 times for the patio cover proposal and have never received one. The patio cover company told me they couldn't give me the proposal because I was not their client. Who is paying for this then?”
The original patio cover (trellis) was in our estimate to be detached and re installed only, as we needed access to the exterior common wall framing. After we detached the trellis from the stucco, it became evident that the wood trellis was rotted and couldn’t be re-installed. Our Estimator photographed and documented the damages then supplemented the insurance company on the client’s behalf. After a few weeks of review, the insurance company approved this supplement. Project Manager then met with the client, and told her the patio would be covered by the insurance company. The client said she didn’t want to go back with wood and she’d be looking for alternative options. This took several weeks for customer to make a decision. On 07/06/16 we sent the following email directly to client, which addressed the need for a Patio Cover selection: “…Patio Cover rear of house. – Project Manager has requested a meeting with the h/o several times with no response…” On 07/11/16 per Project Manager’s suggestion, she made her final decision to go with “{aluminum product}” then signed our material selection sheet. The patio cover was ordered the next day. Time from ordering product to delivery was estimated by the {aluminum product} distributor at 8 weeks. Client was given 9/22/16 as an install date. This has been posted on the production schedule since the selection was made.
*We have now installed the patio cover (trellis) 9/14/16 (1 week ahead of schedule). The trellis is in our approved insurance supplement. We are paying for the trellis as part of our contracted scope of work.
“The pool table light is 3 feet from the correct location.”
Our scope of work (approved by her insurance company) approved us to remove and replace the light fixture only. We did not do any rewiring in this part of the home, meaning the existing ceiling junction box was never touched or moved; except to install client’s newly selected fixture in its current location. This does not include relocating at the insurance company’s expense. If the client had indicated to us that she wanted the light to be installed in a different location other than where it was pre-existing, we would have written up a change order to include relocation of the light, and charged her accordingly. The client never indicated that she wanted the light moved until the day her pool table was moved in, which was months after the light was installed.
*When the client brought this up to Project Manager he told her that he would have to write up a change order and she declined.
**Update: Although we did exactly what the contract stated, and vehemently deny any wrongdoing on this item, this has been a real sticking point with our client. Perhaps she had her original fixture swaged over to the center of the pool table. However the original photos do not show this. Therefore in the spirit of trying to bring this project to a close we will re-locate her electrical and light fixture at no cost to her which will also entail  drywall and paint repairs. (Costing us Approx $800.00 of work)
”A broken kitchen light was supposed to be replaced over a month ago.”
Light is located in the nook and was purchased by the client and supplied to us for installation, which we did correctly. Any material defect needs to be handled by the homeowner directly with the supplier where she purchased it. It was in our scope to replace the light, however, because the client went ahead and purchased the item herself, we had already credited her account for the exact dollar amount paid by the insurance company for the light.
*The client recently provided a new replacement light, and we have now installed it at no charge.
“Balcony has never been cleaned.”
Here is the before and after photos of her balcony. Project Manager personally cleaned it himself.
Before 6/28/16 After 7/18/16
“I hear nothing form Integrity Restoration”
“Since the beginning of July I have barely had any contact by Integrity.”
We have in our records over 127 text message exchanges with the client since July. This does not include email or telephone calls. These statements are incorrect.
We feel strongly that since the start of this job we did everything in our power to accommodate and make this client happy. Our estimator went to bat on many items that were missing from the original insurance estimate to make sure that the client received coverage and got everything she was entitled to. The job ran smoothly and efficiently, including a move back 6 weeks ahead of schedule. We were in constant communication via phone, email, text, {project management cloud based software with customer access – job schedule, messaging, pictures, etc.}, and consistently scheduled onsite meetings as well as meeting in our showroom meeting with our designer to go over design and selections.
The following are just some line items documented on our client signed change orders that were requested by the client, and were completed by us as a courtesy and we did not charge for any of it:
Change Order [redacted] Line Items:
Remove and replace handles on fireplace doors (customer to supply). No Charge
Design and install 5 square feet extra tile to fireplace front boarder (customer provided tile). No Charge
Fabricate 2 granite cutting boards from countertop sink cutouts. No Charge
Change Order [redacted] Line Items:
Install 2 electrical cover plates in garage. No Charge
Repair 2 upstairs screen. No Charge
Install new weather stripping at front door, kitchen to garage door, and garage to side yard door. No Charge
*Removed and Replaced aprox 12’ piece of fascia board that was dryrotted and needed replacement. No Charge
*Installed client verbally requested new cable access panel above masterbedroom door. No Charge
*Project Manager waited for the 2-hour delivery widow time to met & receive the client’s refrigerator delivery at her home. She purchased directly and we were not being paid to do this. No Charge
*Content items are not included in our contracted scope of work. However, per clients request, we went and picked up her large area rugs (20’ x 14’ & 16’ x 14’) directly from the manufacturer, delivered and them on site. We then moved all her large furniture and installed the pad and laid the rugs, and then we moved all her large furniture back in place. No Charge
Project Manager (project manager) text message 9/3/16 8:32 am
“Okay {client} we are going to be there between 11:30 and 12:00 but just a little reminder these area rugs are in the Contents portion of your insurance, they have nothing to do with my job or my company we are doing you a favor delivering these rugs and putting them in place.”
At this point we believe all items have been addressed, including moving forward with the relocation of the pool table light (which is not in our billing) and addressing a factory, pre-fabricated cabinetry modification. Client stated via text message on 9/1/16 that she would be sending the requested draw of $30,000.00 through her bank’s bill pay system. We have yet to receive that payment. We would like to know the status of that payment? In addition, the new patio cover (trellis) installation is complete, and the remaining $14,971.40 is now also due. As of today, $44,971.40 is due.
Sincerely,

President

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In response to the statement made by Integrity Restoration, Inc., I unfortunately have to disagree with their observations and conclusions. As mentioned before, the VCT flooring appears to be cracking after only three years of the five year warranty in all four units of the apartment complex as seen in the pictures attached. [redacted] inspection was only of the bathroom, but after a closer inspection on my own time, the installation complaints are not only in reference to the bathroom, but all four of the units in general.  More specifically, I disagree with the statements made in regards to the bathroom flooring. I strongly believe that the “standing water” or water leak is coming from underneath the toilet bowl as opposed to the shower head. The caulking on the side and the front of the bathroom tub is in good condition. Upon closer observation, the toilet bowl appears to wiggle after little force is applied. It is wrong to conclude that leakage from a shower head would cause a toilet bowl to become detached and wiggle as it does.  During [redacted] inspection, I verbally acknowledged the origin of this water leakage issue and he appeared to ignore me. At this time, I would like to request another inspection from a different employee that will take the time to observe all the damages and provide me with the respect that I believe I deserve.
Regards,
[redacted]

I had the shock of my life recently when I noticed a strange smell coming from my basement...then discovered that without my knowledge, water had flooded my basement through a faulty window well during a heavy rainstorm several weeks prior. George [redacted] and his wonderful crew at Integrity Restoration immediately came to my rescue. I was worried that they would never be able to get rid of the odor; however, within a matter of a few hours, my basement was back to pristine condition, sparkling fresh and clean, with no trace of any of the bad odor. It's still hard for me to believe how great everything looks and smells now! Mr. [redacted] came back to check on things during the three-day dryout process, and called me a couple of times every day to make sure the process was going well and that we were OK. His main concern was my family's health. I am so grateful to the great folks at Integrity Restoration, and I highly recommend them for any size or type of restoration work!

We have a Notice of Completion dated 11/10/15, signed by Mr. [redacted], stating “I hereby acknowledge that the work done to my property, or property under my direction, has been completed to my full satisfaction by Integrity Restoration, Inc.”  The bathroom had to be completely replaced in...

full, including all finishes after the fire.  Everything was brand new. Mr. [redacted] called and requested our Project Manager [redacted] to go out and inspect the bathroom on 03/19/18.  He said the vinyl flooring in the bathroom is lifting.   Observation When [redacted] arrived, the tenants were showering at the time, and [redacted] had to wait to access the room.  When he entered, he observed standing water on the floor vinyl next to the tub/shower and wall. -      The water tight Shower Doors we originally installed, at some point have been removed and replaced with an inferior shower curtain.  The shower doors are now leaning against a wall next to the toilet.  -      Deteriorating & Damaged Baseboards, Walls, Shower Grout. -      Cracked Toilet Tank Lid -      Vanity cabinet showing signs of water damage -      Floor in font of Tub/shower area deflecting when stood on (feels spongy)     Conclusion There are many maintenance issues along with obvious tenant abuse. As previously explained to Mr. [redacted], Integrity Restoration, Inc. witnessed no damage to the existing floor vinyl tile which could be attributed to improper installation.Respectfully, [redacted]President

My husband and I engaged Integrity Restoration when we had a very large flood in our home from a problem with hardware on a toilet upstairs. Despite the fact that we realized we had a problem within about 30 minutes of the occurrence, the result was major damage to the tune of almost $30,000. I can't express adequately how happy we were that we used Integrity Restoration. Tim and George and their teams were responsive and professional throughout the entire process. One of the most helpful areas for us was the coordination they did with the insurance company. In our case it was [redacted]. The insurance carrier, without Integrity's help, would not have covered as much as they ended up covering. It wasn't that they were trying to cheat us. It was really more that Tim and George in particular have years of experience in knowing what is fair and reasonable and are able to communicate in ways that we could not have done. The entire project ended up costing us about $1,000 after insurance coverage and that was primarily because of a few upgrades we made. And their workers were superb! All work was completed with excellence and not a scrap of material was left for us to clean up. We highly recommend Integrity Restoration.
