This company is the worse place I have ever rented from. When we moved in one of their houses the walls had enormous cracks in them and the house was dirty and there was blue paint smeared. While we lived their we got the cracks filled and painted and had that house looking 100x better then when we moved in. When we moved they kept more then half of our deposit saying the house was dirty and they needed to paint. That house was spotless when we left. We hired people to come clean the house after we cleaned but Intergity still charged us to have people come 'clean' the house. They charged us for damages that were already done when we moved in and that were listed on the inspection sheet that was done prior to us moving in. We will NEVER again rent from them!!
I worked with Integrity Plus Property Management Company in Casa Grande. They managed a house rental for me, as I am out of state. They had tenants in the house who had signed a year's rental lease agreement. A month before the lease was up (July 31, 2014), I received an email from the Integrity office (July 30, 2014) telling me that the tenants were vacating the property the following day. Their lease was through August 31, 2013. I informed Integrity that even though they chose to leave early, they were still responsible to pay the rent for that last month, through the duration of the lease agreement. This is a copy of the email I received from Integrity on September 3, 2013. "We have also sent the tenant a bill for the remainder owed of $365.19. This will be mailed to you when and if we receive it. We give them 30 days then turn it over to a collection agency." End of quote from Integrity. Obviously, to date I have not received the balance due or any further correspondence from Integrity. I find it hard to understand that since the management company was in charge of the rental that they did not see that I was paid the money owing me. Can you help me in this manner? Thank you, [redacted]
