Integrity Painting of Brevard painted our home in 2019. We have been very happy with that experience. I recently contacted Rick Roof (owner) about doing some additional repair and painting. He was extremely pleasant and we set an appointment for an estimate. He did not show for that appointment. I have left him numerous phone messages and my husband has called and texted him and he has not answered any messages, has not rescheduled or acknowledged us for some unknown reason. I now will never recommend this business. Common courtesy would be to let us know he is not interested in taking on another project albeit to small a job for his interest.
I apologize for not showing up to the appointment but we have had problems with our work phone for almost a week And due to covid I have been unable to replace my phone we have done multiple jobs for you and never had a problem but your intitled to your review of an appointment But doesn't reflect our work hope you find someone to continue with your work thanks again
Rick Roof, I sincerely apologize but did not know what to do. We were not aware you were having phone problems because I was able to hear your voice mail pick up and left several messages. My husband also texted you and did not receive a rejected delivery message. So that being said would you please contact either my husband or myself and we can try this repair work again. As mentioned above, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed initially in 2018. Thanks for your response.
