I am responding to the complaint letter dated February 14,
Integrity Millworks & Installations never intended for this residential job to take this long. Integrity Millworks takes full responsibility for the length of time that it took.
Please know that the reasons for our delays was not just excuses but due to the fact that in August we lost one of our most productive employee's and a couple other employees so this did hinder us getting on this job and completing it in a timely manner. I found myself having to complete all five existing jobs that were on the books by myself with only a helper. This did cause delays in production and job completions. I was trying to accommodate all of my customers and their jobs. We have since spoken to customer regarding complaint letter and completed the job in full as of February 20, and received final payment of

I am rejecting this response because the job is still not completed. Travis Smith (contractor) will be sending you a punch list of items that need to be completed. The cabinets with the glass doors need touch up painting, upstairs closet needs touch up painting, the shelf for the cabinet about the microwave was not hung, the cabinet beneath the sink is still missing the pull out, the pull out for the bottom cabinet to the right of the range is difficult to pull out.
