Review: I was a customer with this company from 02/20/15 and I cancel on 06/2015 due to increase policy charges/rates, I then received a bill stating that I have a balance of 91.84$ for premium charges and a 25$ cancellation fee. My issue is no where in there contract is it stated that there is a 25$ fee for cancelling and I was not informed when I called in to cancel the policy that there would be a fee. I called and spoke with a Supervisor names [redacted] and she states its not in there practice to inform there customer of this cancellation fee and that its there policy and there is nothing they can do about it. she then stated that in there policy it is listed that customer may be charge "fees" but that statement is very vague. and it is not written out what these additional fee would be anywhere in the policy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this 25$ cancellation fee that I was unaware of, I am however willing to pay the additional premium owed upon proof of documentation and explanation from this company where the fees originated from
