Review: My son was admitted to their program and at discharge they failed to return his items which he surrendered upon admittance and are to be returned upon discharge per their policy. After numerous attempts to contact the facility to get some answers no one has ever returned my calls. I need to know where the items are so that I can retrieve them. I would like some answers.Desired Settlement: I am seeking the return of the following items:

1) cell phone - Samsung Galaxy S3 - white;

2) personal watch; and

3) white iPhone headphones.
