First of all,let me say that Dave P[redacted], of Integrity Home Inspections, is one of the most thorough inspector we have ever used. His thoroughness and professionalism and complete knowledge of homes (old and new) helped us make an educated decision about a house that we had a contract on. Although, that house did not work for us, we are still in the market to purchase in beautiful Lynchburg and would not use anyone but Dave. We have complete faith in his service and expertise. A home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your lifetime and we will be trusting Dave in assessing our prospective home's true condition.
