I spoke to [redacted] this afternoon and I am going to be trying to work out some sort of resolution that he will be happy with. Currently he got himself caught into two separate energy contracts. it seems like there was a ton of confusion when he signed up his stores as well as honoring the contract...
from the previous owner. There was also confusion on who Integrity was versus the supplier. I will be working with our supplier to see what they are able to do and should have some answers in the next day or two.
I emailed [redacted] this morning to apologize for all of the calls. I am looking into why she was called so many times and will address it internally.either way I have added her phone number to our DNC list so no future calls will be made.If you have any further questions, please let me...
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. In order to avoid unreasonable cancellation fees, I have committed to starting a new contract for my electric supplier immediately following the end of my current contract. It's unfortunate that this is the best solution available to me at this point, but given the circumstances, I feel that it is a fair arrangement. As for the dishonest employee that put us in this situation, it is my understanding that he is no longer with the company.
