Integrity Automotive

Integrity Automotive is a name for a company that shows anything but integrity in their business dealings. I purchased a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser on 8/7/19 believing that the car was a good deal. I test drove the car, reviewed the car fax and saw nothing concerning, so I wrote a check for $3,500 to pay for the car in full. I live in Farmington, NM, 3 1/2 hours away from Albuquerque, NM where Integrity Automotive is located. I drove 100 miles before I was unable to drive the car because it had a blown head gasket. I stopped payment on the check and returned the car to Integrity Automotive on 8/9/19, less than 48 hours after I drove off the lot. The temporary tag was not removed/voided when I returned the car. On 10/30/19, I received a parking citation that had been issued to a motor vehicle with the temporary tag that had expired on 9/6/19. I had not been in possession of that vehicle for over 2 months. I spoke to the manager at Integrity Automotive who told me it was my responsibility to get the matter cleared up. I spoke with an agent at MVD Santa Fe who cancelled the temp tag. I will NEVER do business with Integrity Automotive again and will caution anyone else not to do business with them either. Integrity is the one thing they don't have.
