Review: I went to integrity auto solutions aka integrity auto systems and had an IID machine put in my car. From day 1 I had problemd with the hand set unit made by Drager interlock installed by Integrity Auto systems. It wiuld continuously read error. So I informed the company. They said they would look into it. The following 2 weeks ended with the hand set readind lock out. The car was in my drive way all nite so I had not driven it for sometime. I called and called getting no answer leaving several urgent messages on [redacted]'s cell phone. I then texted several times. Finely I had my wife try from her phone and got an answer on the first ring. Then he told me a code to type in the hand set to unlock the unit so I could start my car. Joe told me to come in and so I did he had to change the hand set. 2 months go by and he text messages me say I owe him $200.00 dollars for the hand set because it could not be repaired. I tryed to call several times only to not be answered of have my calls returned. And I still have not herd from him.Desired Settlement: I want the owner [redacted] to not charge me for his faulty equipment problems.
