We stayed at Aliz Hotel October [redacted] through October ***When we checked out on October [redacted] the hotel arranged transportation for us to the airportAs soon as we got in the vehicle @12pm eastern time my husband had realized he had left his wedding ring on the shelf in the roomHe immediately called and spoke with a female who went to the room herself and retrieved it and promised it was in safe keeping and she would store it in the safe in the directors officeShe advised us to send a prepaid shipping label to [redacted] , and arrange courier pick up which we didHowever after not hearing back after a couple days I called and the front desk asked me to resend the label as they did not receive itSo I confirmed the email, and everything and they promised it would be sentHowever again the courier went and the front desk claimed they had nothing for pick upI have called almost every day since and have been promised a call back from the hotel managerI either leave
