Integrated Wellness

The worst customer service I have ever had. I called integrated wellness today to verify my appt and how long it would be today and they told me 1 - 1/2 hours.
I walked into my 2:00pm appt at 1:50pm and they told me they couldn't find my paperwork that I filled out the week before so I needed to refill out another one. I waited 15 min for my appt and then they came up to me and said... "sorry, we cannot fit you in today, you can come back in a week. (I scheduled this appt a week ago.)
I rearranged my entire schedule today to make this appointment work. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had. The lady was not nice at all. It was not my fault that they overbooked. You think they could have fit me in, at least fit me in the next day.
but another week out, I am so upset, I will make sure everyone I know never comes here.
