Review: Without my knowledge or a request from me this organization did a credit check on me. They used information they had from a previous mortgage I had with them years before. I never made any request nor did I authorize this credit check. I have called and left many messages and even talked with them numerous times and they always promise to call me back and explain why this was done but no one ever calls back. It has now been 5 months and I still do not have an explanation why they would do this but I am concerned that someone at this organization might be trying to steel my identity.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation why this was done and need some assurance that my private information will be purged from their system. If someone there is trying to steel identities from previous customers they should be fired. A record of this must be posted by the Revdex.com to inform any other potential customer of their illegal practices.

Our loan officer [redacted] spoke with [redacted] He had emails from the correspondence they had in November. The loan officer informed me that [redacted] said he will reach back to the Revdex.com and reverse the complaint. It was a misunderstanding and we truly value [redacted] as a past and future client. Hopefully this does not count against our A rating. We take our Revdex.com grade very seriously

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is unfortunate that I needed to take this action to finally get a response from them after 5 months of requests.
