We agreed to use All Weather to replace the roof on our home for an insurance claimIn December 2017, we gave the owner, Jeff T [redacted] , the entire amount of our initial insurance distribution (almost $5,000) to have our roof replaced at the first available opportunity when weather cooperated in the springI was told we needed good weather days in a row to replaceWhen I hadn't heard from the company by April, I started calling to get our replacement scheduledAfter multiple tries, I reached Jeff on May 1st and was told he had health issues and vehicle issues that had caused a delay, but we would be getting started in a couple weeksTwo weeks later, I was told I was the next job on the scheduleMore calls, texts, and emails with minimal response for the next monthFinally, we were "scheduled" the first week of June on a MondayI had to rearrange my work schedule to be there for the start of work, and no one showed or called to let me know they wouldn't be thereI then got call
We hired this company to help with some repair workNot only were they unprofessional, but they had no idea the process of construction on any levelWe found out they had not pulled a permit for a job out side of the scope of work that we hired them for and tried to use our company to cover the neglectEvery single situation we had involving them was a complete disasterI do not recommend using this company and the owner Jeff may just be at the top of my all time scammer list
We had this contractor install windows We found by the manufacturer of the window that they were installed improperly After months of getting the contractor to fix them, they finally attempted to with only damaging all the flashing that they put in with the original install The owner himself was part of the repair and said he would be out to replace the flashing, but never did and still will not return any calls

On 9/29/we signed a roofing contract and gave the couple a $cash deposit Deposit was to get on their schedule Work to start on or about 10/16/ I followed up with a phone call on 10/ Jeff t*** said they were starting a job on Saturday 10/and that we were next on the list likely Monday or the first half of the week depending on the weather Since then communication is mostly avoided on their part and when Jeff does call back the answers are always vague
I would like to compliment All Weather Contracting for the excellent job they did at my home in Stow, Ohio, last week A big thank you to Jeff Tessman, Pedro and his crew They were efficient and flawless in their work, and when they left the job site, there was nothing to show they were even here I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again in the future
Do not hire this companyIt is incompetently managedThe owner leaves his subcontractors unpaidHe does not respond to their requests for paymentHe forces his subcontractor to file a mechanics lien on the property where the work is contractedHe's a messDo not hire this guy!
