This company constantly calls bumming for money, not sure how they received my personal information. They are trying to collect a supposed over-payment on my disability insurance, however, the provider has never heard of this company.
I am in receipt of your letter dated December 20, 2018 concerning complaint ID. The complainant's disability insurance carrier indeed contracted the Repayment Services, LLC to collect an overpayment of disability benefits from the complainant. Please see the attached letter from the carrier to the complainant that introduces Repayment Services and the employees that would be in contact with him about the overpayment. These employees attempted to collect the overpayment of benefits by phone and mail. We ceased our attempts to collect the overpayment and closed our file on December 4, 2018 when the complainant requested no more calls. We have not since contacted the complainant by phone or mail and have no intentions to do so moving forward.
