Where do I start, my dad has been with this company for several years now and let me tell you , they do not value their customersMy dad has been trying to contact intact for a quote on a Nissan Versa, he called and called and the Insurance broker by the name of Mary Campoli, who would not answer his phone callsAll the receptionist kept saying was " she is in a meeting or she is not at the desk"Well, let me tell you , I blocked my number and called and guess who answered Mary CampoliI said to her , my dad has been trying to contact you for the longest while but kept getting your voicemailno commentI eventually asked her for a quoteShe gave us the wrong quote to begin with($3000/year) then sent me an email one hours later stating the price went up to $due to a glitch in the system which she couldn't figure out whyThen the day after I called her again with a blocked number , she answered and agreed to cancel the policy and send me an emailrip off

It has been over one year since an arsonist destroyed my business of eight years. I have still not received a satisfactory settlement. Intact is refusing to pay what is stated on my policy. There constantly search for loopholes to slide through and made me feel as if I was somehow responsible for the fire that fire inspectors proved was arson. Their advertisements of caring about the people involved in a claim and not the things, repairing the damage quickly and easily is false. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
