Insuremode

In January I purchase a home and I got insurance with them last week the bank called me and tell me that my policy was not active policy I pay them the money for the policy I've been trying to contact them last days to see what's going on or to get my refund back if my policy is not active but nobody seemed to answer the phone all they saying is all the representatives are on the other line please leave a detailed message and will call you back and nobody called me back whatsoever so if you do not want a headache stay away from these people they are not nice people to deal with and I'm completely regret that I ever doing business with people like them
