In response to Insurance Saver's reply Id like to say I'm absolutely appalledI was never told that my vehicles paint job would not be coveredI urge Revdex.com to ask (Nichole) the lady whom sold me the policy if that is accurateI never at anytime asked for any amount of money from themThey stated I had a friend provide an estimate to me, complete liethe only estimate I obtained was from *** *** *** and Body llc (see attachment)I only decided to take my vehicle to the shop I'm familiar with after being made aware by *** that it was within my right to take it where ever I wishedI never spoke with Insurance Saver in regards to whom may done the vandalismI would also ask that Insurance Savers provide pics that were supposedly taken at the time policy was purchasedIm 95% sure none were takenlastly their statement about providing me with an accurate policy might also be a lieI was told by Insurance savers no company they represented had such a policyI also attached article written in about this very carIt's very hard to conceive their statement of not knowing the paint job was custom (pls copy and paste the link below to web browser for images of vehicle)
http://www.***.com/news/news.aspx?id=3720 Sincerely *** ***

*** *** was told at the time he bought his policy that no custom equipment would be covered. In addition, *** *** signed an
application for insurance that clearly states that no non-factory equipment not listed on the application is covered (and listing the paint would not help anyway since *** Insurance offers no coverage for non-factory paint)
*** *** has stated to us he wants a check for $7,because his car was keyed. We found it very unusual that the first time *** called about his claim, he had a dollar amount of $7,that he demanded. Usually, customers call us first, report a claim, and ask how they should proceed. This did not happen with ***. The first time we heard from ***, he claimed to have gotten an estimate from a friend and wanted $7,to paint his car because it had been keyed. When I asked *** who he thought might have keyed his car, he told me not to worry about who keyed the car and to just get him a check
When we took pictures of *** *** Dodge, we had no idea the paint was not factory. The car is grey and black with a pink stripe. If this is a show car, it has the least appealing paint job in the history of show cars. We would have no idea if the paint was from the factory unless we are told different. Many, many cars now come with dual color paint jobs. One vehicle even comes from the factory with flames on the side. *** never disclosed that his paint was not factory to our office at the time he purchased and signed the application for his policy.
The type of policy that would cover custom paint and other equipment such as wheels is much, much more expensive than the policy *** *** purchased. The price would have been at least double for such a customer policy. We would have been happy to sell *** *** such a policy if we knew the paint was custom and if we knew *** wanted coverage for any non-factory items

The "custom" paint was not covered and *** Insurance will not pay for anything but factory paint
We wish we had known the customer wanted a coverage he was not paying for so we could have sold him a much more expensive policy that would have covered the paint

[redacted] Drivers Tow Package ($70.25), and a disclosed copy fee ($30).  [redacted] signed for the copy fee and was fully disclosed all charges (Attachment A2). [redacted] signed for the [redacted] Drivers Tow Package (Attachment A3). The first contact we received from [redacted] was on 7/24 not 7/8 or 7/10.  [redacted] came in our [redacted] Office in a very hostile manner.  [redacted] seems to think it is OK for him to scream at and try to intimidate young women half his size.  [redacted] is an abusive person.  We have included a brief description of our two female employees encounter with this abuser (Attachment A4).  We have included [redacted] written request to cancel his [redacted] Drivers on 7/24 (Attachment A5).  We have attached the $70 credit done to [redacted] credit card on 7/24 (Attachment A6).  It was determined on 7/28 that the refund should have been $70.25 not $70.  The additional $0.25 credit done to [redacted] credit card is attached (Attachment A7).  The $30 copy fee [redacted] signed for is non-refundable.  [redacted] stated he wants a full refund.  Only a fool or somebody who acts without considering what the results of their actions would make such a request.  It is illegal to drive without insurance.  [redacted] has been insured since 7/7 with [redacted] and would have been covered in the event of a legitimate claim (the policy is still active on 7/30). In addition, the State [redacted] has been informed that [redacted]'s 2002 [redacted] (VIN number on file) has been covered.  If coverage was rescinded, [redacted] is required by law to inform the State [redacted] that the insurance did not exist.  [redacted] would almost certainly face expensive suspensions to his license plates and drivers license because of lack of insurance coverage on the 2002 [redacted] from 7/7 to whatever date he took out another policy.  In addition, we verified coverage to [redacted]'s leinholder ([redacted] that [redacted] had coverage in order to get his auto loan approved.  Both [redacted] and our agency would inform [redacted] if his coverage is rescinded and [redacted] would be charged fees for force placed insurance that would be a lot more than $217. When [redacted] wrote to you that we did not reverse the $70 charge that was clearly libel (See Attachment A6).%3

Customer bought a policy is January, not February.  All calls into our office are logged into our agency management system.  The agency management system shows absolutely ZERO calls to our office between the date this individual cancelled his policy and the filing of this complaint (The...

customer could have been calling [redacted] instead of us--Insurance Savers).  Customer paid $259 when he purchased policy (138.60 to [redacted] for the actual policy, $90.40 for a roadsite assistance policy, and $30 for our agency copy fee).  [redacted] refunded the customer $3.18 (for the unused portion of the policy net of any cancellation fees).  We called and verified that this check was mailed to the correct address for the customer in February.  When this individual cancelled his policy, he was told he could obtain a full refund for the roadside assistance policy since he did not get the car--all he had to do was email or fax us a written cancellation request.  Customer never sent the roadside assistance cancellation request.  After receiving this complaint, our staff had to call this individual SIX TIMES and send TWO EMAILS to get this person to finally respond once and email us a one sentence cancellation request yesterday.  Our $30 copy fee is fully earned.  However, when we finally received the written cancellation request yesterday from this individual, we decided that, since the $3.18 refund from [redacted] was so skimpy, we would refund the customer BOTH the roadside assistance policy the copy fee.  A credit to the customer credit card was processed yesterday for $120.40 yesterday (Transaction Number [redacted]).  Customer should see this credit to his account by next week.

In response to Insurance Saver's reply Id like to say I'm absolutely appalled. I was never told that my vehicles paint job would not be covered. I urge Revdex.com to ask (Nichole) the lady whom sold me the policy if that is accurate. I never at anytime asked for any amount of money from them. They stated I had a friend provide an estimate to me, complete lie. the only estimate I obtained was from [redacted] and Body llc (see attachment). I only decided to take my vehicle to the shop I'm familiar with after being made aware by [redacted] that it was within my right to take it where ever I wished. I never spoke with Insurance Saver in regards to whom may done the vandalism. I would also ask that Insurance Savers provide pics that were supposedly taken at the time policy was purchased. Im 95% sure none were taken. lastly their statement about providing me with an accurate policy might also be a lie. I was told by Insurance savers no company they represented had such a policy. I also attached article written in 2011 about this very car. It's very hard to conceive their statement of not knowing the paint job was custom (pls copy and paste the link below to web browser for images of vehicle)
