At the time of the claim I spoke with [redacted] (adjuster for AAA) regarding the hail damage. He informed me that he turned in the claim for... both the gutters and the pole shed roof and that [redacted] (AAA in house claims rep) deemed it cosmetic and denied the coverage on the roof.
