both the gutters and the pole shed roof and that [redacted] (AAA in house claims rep) deemed it cosmetic and denied the coverage on the roof.

The business apparently feels no responsibility for anything. So what is an agents job? Are insurance agents licensed professionals or what are they??? Insulting response really!

I understand the frustration [redacted] feels and do not agree with AAA denying his claim but I do not make that determination or decision. thank you
