***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, the business is not being honest regarding my several attempts to resolve this matterIt's curious to me the only contact they recall receiving included my informing them I had filed a Revdex.com complaint along with a complaint to the office of the NY Attorney General This business contacted me within minutes of that contact with themHopefully others due a refund do not have to engage the Revdex.com and AG.Thank you for your assistance with this matter
