I signed up with Instant cert and used their services for a month little knowing that my account would be put on recurrent billing and I would be charged for more than a whole year.I did not think to view my statements regularly and they have gotten away with this.Please advise.Thank you,[redacted]Desired SettlementA refund of charges posted to my account without my permission.Business Response Customer purchased a monthly subscription. Authorization for this recurring transaction verified by our credit card processor,[redacted]. Account canceled by the cardholder on Sep 14, 2015, at that time she was issued a refund for her last charge ($19.95 billed on Aug 23, 2015). There were no previous cancellations and no charges after cancel. As stated on our order form (https://www.[redacted]), and our terms and conditions which customer agreed to (https://[redacted]), this is a monthly billing until canceled. Consumer Response I would just like to make a note of this business as Buyer beware so that others are not deceived like I was. Of course they will argue that I did not read the fine print and was under the impression that I had purchased a one month only subscription but instead was duped into paying for more than an entire year. I have learned my lesson.
