When we first received the signs we were very pleased with them. Until they continuously started falling down. When we first received the signs we were very please with them, until they keep falling down despite the fact that we had purchased the heavier base. In addition the fabric of the signs ripped at the top preventing the metal posts (which give shape to the signs) to properly fit in the signs. We contacted the manufacturer and they said that we could send the signs back and they would replace them. After we received them, they wanted us to pay an additional fee to have the windsigns redone. Clearly it was a manufacturers defect that cause the windsigns to not properly stand in the bases, thus causing the signs to continuously tip over. It has been over a year and we are still without signs or a resolution to the manufactures defect in these signs.Desired SettlementReplacement of the fabric signs and to be provided with the longer rods that the company offers which they claim would better hold the sign in place. Business Response We have agreed to manufacture re-makes even though one of the two flags is damaged due to contact with the ground rather than manufacturer issues with stitching etc. As far as I know the customer is happy with this resolution.Consumer Response The company finally sent us new flags.
