Since the first initial call came in from the customer we responded in accurate timing to resolve any issues; the Customer requested to break the lease without any penalties being held against the customer.Management granted the customer's request by allowing the customer to break her lease, not charge the next month's rent and no penalties be held against the customer for any damages if there were any.At this time We will be refunding the customer's full amount of August rent in which the customer paid in full and on time of a total amount of $1,200.00 in which the customer shall receive in four to six Weeks to the forwarding address the customer provided when returning the keys to the unit.We are very apologetic to the customer if the customer did not have a pleasant experience residing at our community.
