Instant Finance 24

Worst sight ever. I got approved for a loan on the sight 2 weeks ago. Since then I haven't been able to order anything. Once customer service decided to call me they just lied.I have 7 tvs on my order history waiting for payment even though I have thousands of dollars in credit. Should have went to bestbuy in the first place. Got approved I ordered a tv and it got shipped. Something instant finance 24 can't do.

I had an easy shopping experience with Instant Finance. The application process was easy and straightforward, and I was able to place my order and I received it in a timely manner. Just in time for the holidays. I had a good experience and would definetly shop here again.

I purchased a queen bedframe and a full bedrail the bed rail broke in less than 30 days and the bedframe has wood in it and it attracts bedbugs so I wasted $400 . I still had to finish paying off the items. They charged less interest because I complained it took me 4 months to get a call back from instance finance tempoe not charging interest didn't help . The manager from instant finance told me he would see what he could do and never called me back but hetold temple that he couldn't do anything no money back or nothing they told me to look up another store on their site. I

I had an overall good experience with them. The hold time to speak to someone was a little long but I didn’t mind.

Very awesome Company. I successfully leased a apple watch without any problem and customer service is phenomenal. Emails sent are returned almost instantly and people at the office are awesome. Thank you to George he was very nice. Instantfinance24 is the best lease to own company:)

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They be lied, had me driving around to pick up an order from *** who never had record of my order then said they overnighted my phone, then shipped the wrong phone then charged my account for the phone I never received then want me to go to *** again to get my phone but I can’t now so they won’t overnight it all this time I’ve had trouble getting through and I can’t get an account manager to talk to me only a rude agent name me Alex if he answers hang up ... best to not call them at all. Just save yourself time and headache and not do business with these people. I tried to cancel but they said I’m locked in contract well I haven’t received the product because they are too stupid so I’m not paying for it

Ordered a Macbook there and got to pick it up a couple of hours later, which was great.
Also great service, thank you.

I am writing this with my new laptop btw. :)
