We have resolved this matter with the customer
We have negotiated a settlement with Miss [redacted] in that we gave her her down payment back of $ad rescinded the sale of the vehicle meaning we took the car back gave her money back to her and parted ways amicably She came into the dealership last Friday or Saturday I believe and signed the affidavits stating such as resolution We will not be reporting negatively to her credit as wellBoth parties positively parted ways (I think she just jumped the gun and was angry at the time it took for us to cut her check...) Anyway we are good to go
Currently, I’m in the process of trying to get the car towed from my propertyThey will not come get the car even though I refuse to pay payments or obtain car insurance for the car at this pointI want no responsibility for the car and I’ve stated this many times

*** ***We are sincerely
sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. We strive to provide the very best customer service possible and are constantly evaluating our processes to ensure we are achieving that goal. Our employees are required to follow guidelines and regulations set forth by the finance company, and the retail installment contract. Per the retail installment contract, every customer is required to maintain full-coverage insurance on their vehicles. If insurance lapses that is considered a breach of contract, and in order to protect our collateral, your vehicle can be repossessed and/or disabled if proper proof of insurance is not provided. It is our strong desire that every customer maintain proper insurance coverage, per the retail installment contract, so that there are no interruptions in the customers ability to operate their vehicle. In addition, we are always more than happy to help out with any service issues, or concerns, you may have and you are always welcome to call into our service department to set up an appointment so we can fully address your concerns
