I placed an order for "Salon Quality 2-in-1 Hair Curling & Straightening Iron Ã? 1" on August 12, 2017. I never received the product. I had several emails back and forth between their "instaglamz team" saying they were sorry and would check in to it, etc. But no resolve.
I would like either a full refund of $54.95, or the product that I ordered.
I had paid $52 to instaglamz about 4-5 months ago, I paid for a flat iron / Curling iron, I have not received it yet, I emailed them several times asking where my item was, they just tell me they will check it out for me, Then I get a email saying, it's on it's way, so I wait a little longer , still nothing, bottom line is they gave me a fake tracking number, Also I asked them at least 10 times through emails that I want a full refund, They now won't answer me, By this time I'm getting very irritated, ***, ***, I'm not made of money, so please do something about this company, I did see a lot of the same complaints ! *** ! Thank You.
I ordered a product September 2017 and have yet to receive. I was charged $49.99 plus tax for a hair styling product, and the customer service email has failed to respond to multiple emails requesting a refund. There is no phone number available.
I purchased online from Instalglamz a Straightener / curling iron on 15/08/2017. Payment has been made. To date I have not received my goods. I have received a tracking number but everytime I check the status of delivery, it is pending. I have sent numerous emails but no-one responds. I would like a FULL REFUND.

I made an online purchase of a 2 in 1 curling iron/straightener on August 17th and I have never received my purchase I have sent them several emails requesting a refund they have responded to one email stating it will still be delivered ***. Back on 8/6 I ordered a curling iron from instaglam online for $54.95 that I purchased with my *** debit card. They withdrew the money out of my checking account that is linked to my debit card the very next day. I received an email from them on 8/10 informing me that the product/shipment is on its way providing me with an order ***. I received an email on 8/19 stating that there has been a delay in shipping due to customs issues and I should expect my product in a few weeks. On 8/21 I contacted a sales rep named *** informing her that the tracking number they gave me was not correct. I didn't get a response back from her until 8/25 stating that order has been delayed and should get new tracking number and information in 3-4 days. I waited a few weeks and on 9/11 I sent them another email stating I hadn't received my order and I was not given a new tracking number or any information on my order status at that point I requested a refund of my money. I tried to contact *** again by email on 9/20 letting her know that I wanted a full refund of my money I have not been contacted by the company nor has anyone responded to both my last two emails or my complaint ton their website contact page.
I would like a full refund back to my *** debit card I used to purchase this product in a timely manner. I would also like for this business to apologize formally for not responding to my concerns and taking my money without providing me with the product I paid for.
I ordered this flat iron on August 17, 2017 and received a tracking number. $54.95 was withdrawn from my credit card and a tracking number was given, only to tell me that shipment could not be delivered. I was to contact ***, which I did and once I gave them the confirmation number, I was told the number was not legit.
I am asking the that full $54.95 be credited back to my credit ***.
around August 24th, 2017. I went on the website and *** ordered a hair styler that I never did receive. I ordered it using my credit card. When I went to track the order on Canada Post's website, it said that there was a delivery attempt. When I tried contacting Canada Post, I gave them the tracking number *** and they could not find it and told me to contact the sender. I contacted Instaglamz at the email provided *** and have heard NOTHING back. I spent a lot of money which I would like to have back...either credited to my credit card or bank account. Thank you.
I would like a full refund of $80.00.
Money was taken the minute I clicked order. Two weeks went by with no communication from the seller. I contacted them 4 times before they responded. They kept telling me due to so many orders, my order was being processed but delayed. They provided me with a false *** tracking number. When I contacted them about it, they asked me to be patient and said it would be a few more days before my tracking info was updated. I e-mailed them on 9/5/17 and asked for a refund and told them to keep their product. The refund has not been given yet and no reply has been given to me.
I was my money back. They can keep the item they advertised. I want my refund
I purchased a curling iron/ straightner from InstaGlamz in the beginning of August. Email response says that it was shipped out on August 8th. I was told that it would be shipped in 7-15 business days. I received one response to an email I sent saying that I had not received product. I received two emails from what says it was a reply from *** saying that on August 22nd package was in China. Since then, I have received no further correspondence and still do not have delivery of product. My payment was accepted from company upon order.
Assistance with contacting this company for a full refund for a product I never received but was charged for.
Order was finally received today.
