Review: I ordered some dresses from this company's website under the impression that the dresses in the picture would be the dresses I would receive. Unfortunately I was sent dresses that I had not even seen. I sent an email to the company telling them I was unsatisfied with what they had sent me. After a couple more emails were sent back and forth I received one that was quite disturbing in which I was called "Little Miss Fake [redacted]" and they were requesting my Tax ID, even though when I signed up to purchase their clothes, that was not one of the requirements. This company has no dignity, common decency, or professionalism when dealing with the public. Not once did I receive an apology and that to me is key when you are dealing with someone who is not happy with your services.Desired Settlement: An apology.

This person purchased from us under false pretenses. She stated she owned retail business, and did not complete the forms required with the IRS to complete the purchase. She has been harassing us by email and telephone. We have sent her a request to send us the proper information with in 7 days or we will turn it over to the proper authorities. This claim is another form of harassment by her. We intend to begin with magistrate starting with a police report promptly. Thank you for bringing to our attention the continued harassment from this person.

I have kept every single email correspondence between this business and myself and will mail out copies if needed. When I registered for this purchase, I was not required to provide my Seller's Permit Number. There is no place on their website to even place a number. If they go and change their website, I have copies of their original postings. I am a vendor and I travel and do shows where I sell my merchandise. I am in good standing with every single company I deal with...excluding this one. This company harassed me by calling me a derogatory name in an email and demeaning my manner of business by claiming I sell from my basement. This company owes me an apology, and this company needs to be held accountable for the way they handled this matter. Their response is full of slander, libel, and falsehoods. I was clearly seeking this company to accept responsibility for their actions and now it seems I am going to have to pursue litigation. I feel very violated and threatened by their response.

23 emails and she can file a public complaint because she doesn't like the way I talked to her after extreme harassment?

YOU are part of the harassment if you allow this. I will file police charges against you both.
