Inspire Wifi

My apartment complex switched to this internet service on October 6th 2019. From the beginning we've had issues of this service not working almost all the time. Me and everyone in the building would call five times a day trying to get the issues resolved. No one cared nor would listen to us but still get our money because If we don't pay we will be evicted. They called back and said hardware was bad and would have to come out and completely replace it. After a month no one showed they would tell us they'd be here on this date and never show up. Well finally they came and of course now we don't have internet at all. I call almost everyday and the customer service is so rude and basically tell us we can't do anything. I've been hung up on by a *** and to be specific he hung up on me 5 times in a row refusing to let me speak to anyone. How does someone take our money but don't have to provide the service! We're going on almost two months of not being able to use this ***!
