Inspire Design and Photography

Review: In April 2013, I entered into a contract with [redacted] of Inspire by Brenda to photograph my wedding in Loveland, CO. We agreed to a price plus travel expenses and both signed the contract. I paid [redacted] her deposit immediately and then a few weeks before the wedding, I bought her plane ticket and set up a shuttle service to transport her to and from the airport. She was to fly in the day before the wedding and leave the day after. The day before, she never came to the rehearsal dinner and I found out she had missed her flight. She was to reschedule for later that day, but never got on that flight either. She was then going to leave at 5:30 am on the day of wedding, but never got on that flight. At any of these points, she could have chosen to drive the nine hours to Colorado, but she did not. The last flight she could have made to be on time was at 10:30 am, but she did not. She wanted to get on a later flight, but I explained that she would miss the wedding at that point and therefore not to get on that flight. She said she wanted to make it right, so I asked her to send me back my deposit and cost of tickets and shuttle and she agreed. She has not sent my money back and she will not answer her phone or call me back.Desired Settlement: I want reimbursed $500 for my deposit, $332 for the plane tickets and $84 for the shuttle service. Total of $916
