I placed an order for the Ketoslim online was charges $4.98, $4.99, $2.91 and $94.70 and never received any products and requested refund; denied.
I placed an order through facebook for Ketoslim and was just to pay shipping charges. I was charged $4.98, $4.99, $2.91 and then f=Friday 4/16 charged $94.70. I never recieved any supplementals from ordering on the 3rd of April. I submitted multiple documents from my bank what they took out of my account and they mentioned that I wasn't or didn't respond within the 14 day period; in which I did. I had until the 17th to cancel and they told me that I didn't respond within that time. But they can take another $1.99 for a cancellation fee.
all i want is my money back for the product I didn't get. $4.98, $4.99 and $2.91 all shipping charges then on 4/16 $94.70.
Sorry forgot to respond, alot going on. Thank you so much for your support. They responded 4/26 with a result of 50% refund; that entailed on shipping and product. They also refunded on 4/28.
