I found Murphy's Home Services on the Revdex.com site and gave them a callI described the issue with the washing machine and the customer service person scheduled a Tech to come that afternoonA price was given for the service call and depending on the problem the Tech would call and give me the additional charges to repair the washing machineIf the problem could be repaired immediately the Tech would perform the repair at the cost of the service callThis was actually what occurred with no extra charges and the washing machine was repaired in less than minutesNo up charges, no misrepresentation of the problem and a professional jobOutstanding customer service and repair work in a timely mannerI highly recommend this company and will always call them for any appliance issueGreat, Great company
