Hi [redacted]:As a follow up to my phone call you with yesterday, please find below and attached several emails and reports concerning the Insight Vacations client in question.  Please note that we never did receive a formal complaint directly from the complainant, but rather several complaints while on the tour as noted in the documentation therein.  The tour guide did all he could to assist her but it was never enough.  I will follow up with one other email to include additional information.  Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.Regards,[redacted]
