I purchased a vehicle from insiders auto o manassas and this has been the worst buy I ever hadFirst thing when I called them and spoke to a lady inquiring about the vehicle I stated to her I had $cash and I wanted the vehicleThe lady was very nice ut me on hold went to her manager and came back to to phone and insured me that they can do that dealI explained to her that I would be there on Sunday morning when they open and i'm coming almost hours awayShe assured me again that the deal is good and they will be waiting on meSaturday night I called to reassure them that I was serious and will be there in the morning and again she assured me the deal was greatI arrived Sunday morning with my ride whom was dropping me off and this time I talked to Jimmy and he said he knew I was comingWe looked at the vehicle and I let them now I loved the vehicle and was ready to do the paperworkNow mind you they knew I had $cash and that was itHe came back with paperwork but the price was about $12,and I asked him what was this I told yall I had $cash and yall said the deal was goodHe went back into a room with a guy and came back with a price of $10,and said that's the lowest they could goPlease remember I got a ride hours to come and purchase the vehicle and this vehicle was going to be me ride home and I only had the money that they agreed they would sale the vehicle forWe went about this for about a hour until the person that gave me a ride loaned me $so I could just get the vehicle and get home because they were going to DC homeAfter they rudely took my money and gave me the keys once I got home I read the bill of sale to find out they charged me $for other goods/services that was never discussed and they didnt add the sales tax for DMV but added the Title Registration Lien FeeI went to DMV to get tags and my title and DMV told me I couldn't because they have no record the vehicle is mineI called Jimmy about the title and tags and he transferred me back to the lady I talked to from the start and she had no clue what I was talking aboutBut after looking further into it she came back and said I had to pay $for my tags through them and she would mail them this mean I have paid this company $11,110.This company has overcharged me almost $because I will take in that state title tax has to be paidPlease somebody help me? How do I go about to get my money and report this company for fraudulent charges they charge?

Good morning, I just received a final email from Revdex.com that the case was closed and that it was posted as “answered” but not satisfactory Just this weekend, I did receive a partial (agreed upon) payment from this business which would change my response to resolved satisfactory Is there a way to update the case now or is it too late I certainly want to be fair to the business who responded (albeit with a huge delay)Thank you [redacted] ***
February 18, 2016I spoke with the General Manager and he said the car was purchase with a warranty thought ***, which is [redacted] warranty The customer can contact the bank and speak to them about coverage The things that [redacted] has done to the car is normal maintains.Thank youDebbie Cr***Comptroller
