Review: I have been receiving workers compensation checks from Inservco since October 2012. On October 8, 2013 I requested an address change with my case manager [redacted]. On October 18th I was due a check which I did not receive. The address had not been changed by [redacted] in a timely fashion which resulted in my check being returned. It took an additional two weeks before my check was received. At that time an additional check was due. I was assured that the address was correct. However, it was not changed properly for a second time. I should have received it on 10/8 as it was being processed on an additional check processing run. When I did not receive the check on 10/8 I was told by [redacted] that it was never processed. I have contacted numerous supervisors, team leaders and even the office of the vice president, **. [redacted]. No one returns calls, nor do they return calls to my workers compensation attorney. I have no money to buy food, pay my rent or other bills and I can't afford my prescription that I need for my high blood pressure. Without this medicine I have been seriously ill for three days. I have now received late charges on multiple accounts.Desired Settlement: My biweekly check needs to be issued immediately. This company will also be responsible for refunding me all late fees on my credit accounts
